I have purchased 5 of the Boska Cheese Curler for our family and we all love them! They are so much fun when you have friends over they are amazed by the fabulous curls. The arm to cut th cheese is sharp enough to cut the cheese perfectly. The best cheese I have found is a cow milk cheese called Tete Des Moines in a wheel
