Oven-baked Camembert with blue cheese and smoked almonds

This is a recipe from our diehard cheese lover Pim Haaksman

Ingredients

  • 1 round Camembert cheese
  • 1 piece of blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp smoked almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 baguette

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (347° F).
  2. Remove the Camembert from the packaging and use an apple corer to remove the middle. Make cuts into the cheese from the hole.
  3. Fill the hole in the middle of the cheese with the blue cheese and place in the Cheese Baker.
  4. Finely chop the smoked almonds and sprinkle them on the cheese. Drizzle the honey over the cheese.
  5. Bake the cheese in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with baguette slices.
