This is a recipe from our diehard cheese lover Pim Haaksman
Ingredients
- 1 round Camembert cheese
- 1 piece of blue cheese
- 2 tbsp smoked almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 baguette
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (347° F).
- Remove the Camembert from the packaging and use an apple corer to remove the middle. Make cuts into the cheese from the hole.
- Fill the hole in the middle of the cheese with the blue cheese and place in the Cheese Baker.
- Finely chop the smoked almonds and sprinkle them on the cheese. Drizzle the honey over the cheese.
- Bake the cheese in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with baguette slices.
