Ingredients
- 1 large piece of goat cheese
- 2 – 3 thyme sprigs
- 2 table spoons honey
- 35 g walnuts

Olive oil
- Baguette, crackers or pretzels for dipping
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- Line the Cheese Baker with the olive oil and place the goat cheese in the Cheese Baker.
- Drip the honey on the goat cheese evenly, put the thyme and walnuts on top and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.
- Place the Cheese Baker (without the lid) in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Take the Cheese Baker out of the over and put it on the base. The tea light and lid keep the goat cheese warm for a long time.
- Serve it with baguette, crackers or other dippers.
