Red wine chocolate fondue (electric fondue set)

Ingredients for 800 grams (28.22 oz.) fondue
Approx. 8 people

  • 600 grams (21.16 oz.) of chocolate (white, milk or dark)
  • 200 ml (6.76 oz.) whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons red wine (suggestion: Cabernet)
  • Dippers (such as fruit, cookies, marshmallows, etc.)

  1. Pour the whipping cream into the fondue pot and set the temperature to | . Heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, break the chocolate into small pieces. Add half of the chocolate to the warm whipping cream and stir until smooth. Repeat with the remaining chocolate after the first batch has melted.
  3. Carefully pour in the red wine and stir well.
  4. The fondue is now ready to enjoy! Serve with flavorful dippers.
