Ingredients:
- ¼ wheel raclette cheese
- Cornichons or pickles
- New potatoes
- (Raw) ham
- Broccoli and / or cauliflower
- (Sun dried) tomatoes
- French toast or sourdough bread
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes in their skins, serve them (sliced if necessary) on a board.
- Install the raclette device and let the cheese melt.
- Scrape the melted cheese onto a plate with the potato, pickle, tomatoes, raw ham, bread, and cauliflower or broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Serving tip
Raclette can be varied according to your own taste and is also very tasty with mushrooms, pineapple, olives, celery and other vegetables. Moreover, the cheese can also be used very well to prepare a cheeseburger, or a delicious nacho dish!
