Cutting method
When cutting up a whole wheel of cheese, you first remove the heart. This is the most delicious part of the cheese. After that, cut the cheese into your ideal pieces. Preferably, cut it so that the wedges are wider at the rind. First of all, this makes it easier for the customer to cut cheese slices at home. But secondly, the piece of cheese also appears to be bigger than it really is. This makes customers feel like they're getting more cheese for a lower price.

Easy to use
You can easily determine the sizes of the pieces of cheese with the pins on the device. Raise the lever, place the cheese underneath, and you can glide through the cheese with one fluid movement. It's super safe, because the cheese can't shoot out from under your knife. The fact that you can now cut the cheese while facing the customer is another big advantage. The plateau is made of plastic. This prevents the board from absorbing flavors and odors.

The Divide-O-Matic pairs perfectly with the semi-circular positioning plates (680012). You can line up the cheese with the plates precisely thanks to their rounded shapes.
