How to split/break open a Parmesan cheese wheel 
The Scoring Knife Pro lets you easily score a notch in the cheese rind – and in a straight line across the entire length of the cheese. You then insert the two Parmesan Knife Pros into the rough corners of the cheese and use the Cracking Knife Pro to pry the scored line into the cheese in two or four places. Turn the cheese around and do the same thing on the other side. Prying with the cracking knife makes it possible to neatly split the Parmesan wheel in half. 

User-friendly knife 
A solid plastic handle and blade made of hard-wearing stainless steel mean that this versatile knife will faithfully serve you for years on end. The knife can be washed in the dishwasher, although we do not recommend this. Washing by hand helps maintain the exceptional quality and sharpness of the knife for longer.
