Fondue on the photo: Tapas Fondue Bianco
- 1 (350 ml) can/bottle hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 60 g unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a slow boil and cook until smooth (about 5 minutes).
- Pour the mixture into a Tapas Fondue pan. The tea light keeps the sauce warm.
